By registering with Green Paw Cleanup, you agree to the following terms and conditions of service. These terms are intended to ensure clarity, consistency, and high-quality service.
Access & Pet Safety
As the client, you are responsible for maintaining safe and unobstructed access to your yard.
If we are unable to clean due to locked or blocked gates or aggressive pets, the visit will still be charged and rescheduled as a double cleanup on the next visit.
Please ensure that gates are unlocked or access codes are provided, and that any unfriendly or aggressive pets are secured indoors during the scheduled visit.
Green Paw Cleanup assumes no liability for damage to gates, yards, landscaping, or pets.
Service Conditions
Waste may be missed during cleanups if grass is too tall, there is heavy debris, or the yard is densely wooded. We will notify you if grass height prevents effective service and return after the issue is addressed.
If your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a period (vacation, illness, etc.) and you wish to pause service to avoid unnecessary charges, please notify us in advance.
Cleanups on rock or gravel surfaces may require additional effort to ensure proper waste removal. A small upcharge may apply for these surfaces and will be reflected in your billing.
Inclement Weather & Missed Visits
In the event of hazardous weather conditions, service may be postponed for safety reasons.
•Missed visits due to inclement weather will be made up the following day when possible or during the next scheduled visit with a double cleanup.
• Billing continues during weather-related delays, as pet waste continues to accumulate.
Billing & Payment
Services are prepaid monthly, with the billing cycle restarting every 1st of the month.
• Payments are collected securely at signup and billed automatically every 1st of the month.
• If an initial cleanup fee is waived as part of a promotion, an additional charge may apply if the first cleanup is more labor-intensive than usual. You will be notified prior to any additional charges.
• Pricing, billing cycles, and promotions are subject to change. Clients will be notified at least two (2) weeks in advance of any rate or policy changes.
Cancellation & Refunds
Either party may cancel service at any time by contacting Green Paw Cleanup directly.
• Prepaid service fees are non-refundable. If service is canceled mid-cycle, remaining scheduled cleanups for the paid period will still be completed.
• If service is resumed after cancellation, an initial cleanup fee may apply depending on yard condition.
Holiday Schedule
Green Paw Cleanup does not operate on the following holidays:
Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day. Services scheduled on these holidays will be skipped and resumed the following week. No refunds will be issued for skipped holiday visits.
Agreement
By initiating service with Green Paw Cleanup, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and responsibilities outlined above.
